Your kingdom come!
on bended knee the passing ages pray;
and faithful souls have yearned to see
on earth your kingdom's day.

The creeping watches of the night
they all to God belong;
and for the ever last-ng right
the silent stars are strong.

The day in whose clear-shining light
all wrong shall be revealed,
when justice shall be throned in might,
and every hurt be healed.

When know ledge, hand in hand with peace
shall walk the earth abroad;
the day of perfect righteousness,
the promised day of God.

Come, then dear Child do not delay,
your earth has suffered long.
We whisper, shout aloud and sing,
O answer our yearning song.
